SCHOOL STARTS AUGUST 30, 2010

In order to allow time to complete the remodel on our new building at 806 Russell Palmer Dr. in Kingwood. We have delayed the start of school until August 30th. The buildout is coming along nicely and all classrooms will be complete for the start of school, however we do ask that you please be patient with us as we work through the inevitable small "glitches" that sometimes come from a change in routine.

CSK NOW HAS A HIGH SCHOOL:

We are very excited to now offer classes for students in grades 9 through 11. Grade 12 will be added next year.

SCHOOL SUPPLIES:

All school supplies will be provided to students by CSK, so don't go out and fight the crowds for supplies!

PRESCHOOL:

Preschool will start September 7th as scheduled.

MEET  YOUR TEACHER:

Watch for details on dates and times for the "Meet Your Teacher" event. An announcement will be made soon.

CSK HOURS:

Kindergarten: 8:00 - 2:15pm

First Grade: 8:00 - 2:15pm

2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th Grades: 8:00 - 3:15pm

Middle School (6th - 8th): 8:00 - 3:30pm  

High School (9th - 12th): 7:30 - 2:45pm                                                                    

We will continue to offer Parties at our new facility which will include Lock-ins, Pool, Gym, and Tennis.                         Contact Robin at 281-359-4929 for more details.

PTO has had a tremendous year!

We feel it is important to keep you informed on how we are spending PTO funds.

PTO recently approved the following purchases:

*Approximately $1,000 in new PE Equipment

*New US History and Texas History books and Teacher Resource kits for Middle School

*New Science books for 6th grade along with a lab activity DVD and CD to help with text preparations for all middle school grades

*Approximately $1,000 in new equipment for the Science Department to be used by elementary and middle
school.

*Advertising for CSK at the Kingwood Girls Softball fields and The Zone Baseball fields.
